1. Always combine a coupon with a sale item.
2. In most stores you can combine a store coupon and a manufacturers coupon to get greater savings. ex...Target, Walgreens, CVS, Ralph's, Rite Aid
3. You can combine a buy one get one free store sale with a buy one get one free(BOGO) coupon to get both items free.
4. You can also use 2 coupons when an item is on sale BOGO. EX..Revlon nail polish on sale BOGO and cost $3.99. Use 2 revlon $2 coupons and get both free.
5. You should always buy something that produces overage even if you don't need the item. You can always donate it or sell it.
6. Keep your coupons organized so you know where to look when you need one.
7. Many manufacturers will send you coupons for free products if you compliment or complain about a product. (Only complain if you have a legit reason)
8. Don't buy some thing just because you have a coupon. The only reason you should do this if its free or a money maker.
9. Stockpile the nessecities. If you find a product free or cheap and it's something you use, buy more of it. Ex...I have a huge stockpile of non-perishable goods like cleaning supplies, diapers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
10. Don't be shy. There is nothing wrong with using coupons. Most people are amazed by the savings.

Geting Started

So you want to know where to go or what to do to save BIG! Well, that is what I am here for. There is no one golden store to shop at. I shop EVERYWHERE...CVS, Walgreens, Target, Kmart, Rite Aid and pretty much every grocery store. That is the key you must be willing to look for the deals. Almost every week there are multiple free items for the taking at any given store. Coupons are the key to these freebies. You have to make sure to get the Sunday paper every week. I always buy multiple copies which is very import because for many of the deals you need multiple coupons to get the best value. I try to buy 5 to 7 papers weekly. I also have several people who generously give me their coupons weekly. I would suggest is you have family, friends or neighbors that get the paper and don't use the coupons to ask for them. That is what I did and it get me several free inserts weekly.
